本周,联合国开发计划署UNDP邀请迅猛龙(Velociraptor)担任演讲嘉宾,在纽约联合国总部的联大会堂发表演讲。

这是联合国开发计划署UNDP目前为止最大规模的气候变化倡议活动。

'Don’t Choose Extinction' 《不要选择灭绝》这部动画合成短片,由澳大利亚文Wunderman Thompson(伟门智威)与Activista、Framestore和Mindpool共同制作。主要针对世界各国政府每年在化石燃料上花费的数千亿美元补贴。正如这位特约嘉宾在联合国所言,这意味着公众正在为自己的末日买单。

恐龙警告说,“现在是人类停止寻找借口并开始做出实质改变的时候了”。关于恐龙灭绝原因的流行理论解释之一是小行星撞击地球。恐龙站在联大的主席台上向人类发问:“至少以前发生过小行星撞击地球的事件。那么,你们还有什么借口?”  本次活动官网上,列出了人类的各种借口,无视气候危机。 联合国开发计划署将在全球170个国家和地区的办事处启动这项活动。

联合国开发计划署全球伙伴关系和项目经理Boaz Paldi说:“解决化石燃料补贴问题是应对气候变化的一个关键问题。这次推广活动给我们带来了希望。创新和技术是2030年实现可持续发展目标和实现绿色转型所必需的两大工具。这就是我们需要最优秀的行业人才与我们合作的原因,这样才能实现目标。”

澳大利亚文Wunderman Thompson(伟门智威)首席创意官João Braga表示,“面对70亿人的演讲和如此大的挑战,我们需要来自各领域的深刻创造性思维。这次数字体验(活动)只是我们与联合国开发计划署合作的开端。”
